Empowering scientists to do the science
We are a young company which aims to produce high-end yet simple to use micro-structuring equipment that makes a production of demanding microstructures accessible to a wide scientific community at an affordable price. We are result driven and flexible, we strive for quality, innovation, and protecting the environment.
Expertise and excellence
Founded by bringing together expertise from many years of academic research as well as industrial development and production of research instrumentation. The combination of understanding scientists’ needs and engineering excellence resulted in our first product — maskless photolithography system DaLI — a user friendly system with cutting-edge functionality. We are committed to pursuing advances in a multitude of technologies and employing them in a diverse field of micro-structuring and materials processing, thus offering our customers the right tools for their research needs.

Bringing vision to life
Mankind has always used tools. Mankind has always strived to improve the tools to achieve the goal that ensured their success faster and more efficiently. From simple tools evolved devices, and from them complex intelligent systems. Our goal is to equip scientists with systems which allow them to do science, not only experiments. Let scientists pursue and bring their vision true!

Anže Jerič
Anže Jerič received his PhD in Mechanical Engineering in 2011. He started his career as a program development manager in Slovenian subsidiary of German high-tech system provider LPKF Laser & Electronics AG. Later he worked as the Deputy R&D Director at a large enterprise supplying mechatronic solutions for the automotive industry. In 2017 he co-founded miDALIX where he is now responsible for running business operations.
Igor Poberaj
Igor Poberaj received his PhD in Physics in 1993. After a postdoc study at ETH Zurich, Switzerland, he continued his academic career at University of Ljubljana in a soft matter physics laboratory. In 2004 he co-founded Aresis company which is the leading supplier of high-end optical tweezers systems. In 2017 he co-founded miDALIX where he is now involved in system concept design, electronics hardware and firmware development and optics design.

"The company's sales and installation personnel are enthusiastic and professional. After the installation and acceptance, the manufacturer’s technical engineers helped improve the process and improved the process stability, which provided great help for our research work."
Prof. Chang-Jin Zhang
Center for Strong Magnetic Field Science, Hefei Institute of Material Science
"We deal with microfluidics or, more specifically, dielectric wetting (EWOD). Dali is used to make masks for process of electrodes sputtering on substrates. It's great because Dali allows us to make any electrode geometry and do it relatively quickly. The distance between the individual electrodes is very important and must be as small as possible. In addition, the device itself and its interface are relatively easy to use and you quickly get used to them. And of course, customer support is great."
Urban Tomc
Department of Thermal and Environmental Engineering, Laboratory of Refrigeration and District Energy
"Laboratory of Organic Matter Physics is engaged in research on charge transport, photoconductivity, and initial growth of organic semiconductors on graphene and other 2D nanostructures. Dali is a device that allows us to accurately fabricate metal electrodes on nanostructures, which is crucial for the course of our research. We use the device daily, several days a week. We appreciate its accuracy, compactness, speed, friendly interface, and extensive range of structure design tools."
